G'day!

Well, it's 11am and a nice day. I slept for only an hour yesterday otherwise I would not be able to sleep at night. I did not have a great sleep last night - I would have to get used to the heat!

I am not part of the camp this week so did not get involved in it. I hope to go to Sydney - while having a shower I remembered some things I had not got - I should have robbed some soap and shampoo from the hotel in KL!!!

I met the leaders and I talked to some of them. There were 2 girls who looked like they were from Ireland or UK due to their white skin - they were actually descendants of Irish. Last night, the leaders were playing silly games, but we had fun. I won two games! We also had to spin around while holding a stick - what kind of game is this? - and speed up; when told to stop we were to drop the stick and jump over. The results were hilarious from our dizziness.

Another game was to come up with animal sounds and movements and one person says the sound and does the movement and then same again but of a different animal - the different animal is taken up by the person of that animal, and it is repeated. Whenever anyone did them wrong - wrong movement or sound - he/she moved to the start and those beside the person takes up the sound and movement of that person who moved. It was confusing but extremely funny - I almost gasped for breath after fits after laughter!

I am supposed to go to a pub tonight with a friend in Murphys - she said that it's an Irish pub. I certainly would not want to meet too many Irish, but I'll go anyway.

Tomorrow, I am to be at Strathfield at 9am for a bus pick up to Mulgoa for the camp. The camps are done differently here - there are quite a few differences. They start on Sunday and finish on Thursday, and the kids go home on Friday morning. Friday is the day of cleaning the whole place - I was persuaded to clean the toilets! I am not helping yet - I do actually have to go to Sydney!
