Chinatown - check out the restaurants here. There is one place that is like a fast food restaurant which offers a meal for 2 for £13.90. As this is very filling, there is plenty for 3-4 people so it's much cheaper this way
St Pauls Cathedral, St Pauls - a place of pilgrimage for almost 1,400 years,
there is a crypt underneath, along with three other levels from the ground
floor. Walk the numerous steps up to the Whispering Gallery just inside the
dome to view the inside of church. There are 259 steps from the ground floor
to the Whispering Gallery, then another 119 to Stone Gallery and finally 152
to Golden Gallery, the last two giving you a view of London. Restoration is
under way which will take years to complete. Discount on YHA at £5 or
full price of £6

Tower of London - you may go on a tour or walk around yourself. This consists
of a few different buildings such as the Medieval Palace, The White Tower
and The Crown Jewels can be seen here. Cost £11.30, no discounts given.

Tower Bridge - walk on both sides of the bridge for views of London and the
Tower of London. If you are there in the afternoon, you may be able to see
the bridge lift open. Two different videos of the bridge and its history are
shown at both ends, with subtitles. Have a walk around the engine rooms used
to power the bridge lifting. No discounts given to YHA though I was lucky
to pay £3.00 instead of full price of £4.50. Closed 6pm with last
admission at 5pm

London Eye, Waterloo/Westminster - this is like a Ferris Wheel you see at fairs which moves around for approx 25 minutes. It gives you a view of the city, costing £9.50. No discounts
