One of California's towns on the east coast of America, it is a pleasant town with a brilliant transport system (during the week anyway) for only $1 for three hours, unlimited. Though a small town, there is a lot to see and a lot of shops. One of the best places there is Fishermans Wharf where there is a lot to see and a lot of shops to browse
I went backpacking in Australia for a year, travelling around every state (except Western Australia, unfortunately) visiting many sights and getting involved in work and activities
I have never visited this country - there is a World Federation for the Deaf conference next July and I hope to visit. You can get 10% off your accommodation when you mention Lets Go Travelling.net - click here
London is the capital of England with many sights. Birmingham is a different place. The tube (underground train) system takes you to many places and attractions
Considering that I am from Ireland, it's hard to look at Ireland from a tourist's point of view. However, I have mentioned a few things that you may find useful
Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. I stayed in Pan Pacific Hotel in the city which was situated across from a shopping centre. This shopping centre contains a food court should you wish to try the dishes there. Bearing in mind that this is Asia, don't expect the city to be pleasant - there are rich and poor buildings next to each other. Be careful on the roads as the drivers are very aggressive. I wasn't there for long so I did not see much.
I travelled around many towns and villages there in the space of two and a half weeks. New Zealand is made up of two islands, the North Island and the South Island. The North Island has a tropical climate while the South Island has a climate similar to Ireland and UK
The capital of Scotland has a lot of old buildings right close to the city centre. A lot of attractions are a short walk or a few minutes bus trip away.
